The undersigned has been practicing law in the Supreme Court of India and High Court of Delhi and runs a law firm by the name of Patnaik and Associates for more than two decades. He has the experience of over 29 years in appearing and arguing cases in the areas of Corporate, Civil, Environmental Litigation , Constitutional matters and so on in the Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi, High Courts of various States, Tribunals and Authorities like the Company Law Board, NCLT (National Company Law Tribunal),NCLAT, Monopolies & Restrictive Trade Practices Commission, National Green Tribunal ,Competition Commission of India and its Appellate Tribunals; Debts Recovery Tribunal; State Consumer Forums; National Consumer Forums; Foreign Exchange Regulation Board.

He has acted as an Arbitrator related to FICCI, conducted Arbitration matters on behalf of ICA as a member of Indian Council of Arbitration and also conducted arbitration proceedings as an Arbitrator appointed by Delhi High Court in several matters, besides above he also, takes regular classes/law lectures on corporate law in symbiosis law school, Amity university etc. and also is associated with ICSI(Institute of Company Secretaries of India ) in taking various academic sessions in training programs and seminars being organized by ICSI for company secretary students.

He is also associated with the visual media, wherein he has participated in various television discussions/ debates across various channels relating to burning legal issues in channels like DD ,Lok Sabha TV,DD News, Rajya Sabha TV to name a few.

Besides other felicitations he has also recently been awarded with the Mahatma Gandhi leadership award at the House of Commons in London in 2019.

He has written number of articles also and been quoted in various newspapers on several legal issues concerning the interpretation of judgements and provisions of law.
